Technology Review of the Vortex Fuel Saver

 
The Vortex Fuel Saver [Technology],  a treatment system to increase an engine’s internal combustion efficiency of fuel, by the Vortex Fluid Optimizer Corporation (Company) was submitted for review to the Foundation for Magnetic Science.

The Foundation examined the Technology’s Design Utility based on Magnetohydrodynamic scientific dicta and its Functionality based on tests submitted by the Company.

Basis of Invention Design

The Technology is a retro-fit, non-intrusive engine treatment system incorporating numerous electromotive energies working in concert to achieve increased energy output [from the fuel] beyond the normally engineered energy output of an internal combustion engine. In short, the Technology is a system that is designed to save fuel and as the Company projects: reduce toxic unburned emissions.

The Technology also incorporates a treatment device that while increasing combustion efficiency, promotes increased engine life.

 Invention Utility Design Review

Reviewing the operable field functions of the Magnetohydrodynamic treatment devices making up the system, the Foundation found the Technology’s design utility is in high maximum compliance of the electromotive field amplitude requirements necessary to fully treat (energize) all the relative combustion gasses to achieve a high state of ortho-hydrogen gas for increased energy (BTU) output; and,

The liquid treatment device of the combustion function does indeed support a cooler running engine with the known fundamental methodology of increasing lubrication life with the impingement of electromotive energies.  These mechanisms working together does in fact support the Company’s benefit of longer lasting engine life.

Function Efficacy Based on Test Results

The tests submitted by the Company are from governmental entities (emissions tests), independent laboratory and reputable, sizeable, credible actual users of the Technology reporting real world driving conditions.

Based on testing research of various types of this technology, the Foundation found the Vortex Fuel Saver Technology merits special attention. The tests show Vortex Technology achieving unusually high percentage increases in fuel savings and emissions reductions.  

Furthermore, emissions testing [by government and the private sector] indicate a profound phenomenon of emissions reduction at idle in which almost all of the hydrogen/carbon associated emissions disappear resulting in tailpipe emissions of almost completely normal air – something completely unheard of in combustion science.

Associate physicists of the Foundation theorize that a standing wave form of the combined energies of the various treatment frequencies is taking place in the combustion chamber that is catalyzing the idling combustion almost completely back into basic atmospheric air. This unusual phenomenon would normally be disregarded as an emissions analyzer failure if it wasn’t supported by numerous official and private emissions testing from various venues.

Emissions testing under load, the crucial indicator of combustion efficiency, shows  hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and nitrous oxides unusually below normal. In review of all the tests of all the various Magnetohydrodynamic systems that have been in the world market, the Foundation has never seen such low emissions during engine run time.  These unusually low emissions support the unusually high mileage reports as the science dictates “any reduction of unburned emissions always results in increased combustion efficiency” and its resulting benefits.

Conclusion

The Foundation for Magnetic Science certifies the Vortex Fuel Saver Technology as a properly engineered fuel saving and emission reduction technology. In review of the entire category of magnetic fuel technology, the Foundation recognizes that the Vortex Technology has achieved extremely high increases in combustion efficiency, fuel savings and emissions reductions.

The Foundation joins in the theory that the Technology’s high results come from the Company’s design and application which the Foundation believes has produced a frequency wave form in the combustion chamber that is enhancing the combustion process in a manner that has not been invented before.
